OrthoQuest / NEXADENTAL has a $30.00 minimum order. Orders under $30.00 will not be processed on this site. If your order is less than $30.00, please call during normal business hours to place your order with a sales representative. Orders under $30.00 incur a non-refundable $10.00 minimum order fee in addition to shipping and handling charges.


A sales tax of 5.5% will be collected on all orders placed in Nebraska.


Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Pricing errors or omissions on the website may not be honored at the time of sale. A sales representative will work with you to find a suitable replacement in the case of a pricing error.


No Shipping to PO BOXES. Shipping rates are published rates from the carrier. This charge is passed on to the customer. “Free Shipping” promotions will be shipped by a carrier chosen by OrthoQuest / NEXADENTAL and are available for continental US customers only (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico).  

Orders for professional customers will ship via UPS ground. Alternate shipping methods for commercial deliveries may be available and should be selected during check out. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Please list a street address for all shipments. If a street address is not available, please call our office to place your order and select an alternate method of shipping.

Orders for retail/consumer customers ship via UPS through their carriers. Ground service is the only available option for our retail/consumer customers.

We reserve the right to change a shipping method even if a different method was selected at checkout.


We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment of online orders.


Returns of unused, unopened and resalable product will be accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. Call customer service for a return authorization number. Returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Opened, used, or damaged product cannot be returned. Products marked “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned. Custom products (including patient kits, welded products and printed items) are final sale and may not be returned for credit or exchange.


We cannot process international orders online. Please call our office during normal business hours or submit your order via fax or email. International orders are always charged freight.
