Designed as a training tool to illustrate three procedures. The posterior of the first quadrant is edentulous and is  

covered in soft tissue. The tissue can be reflected and implants placed in a ridge that requires no sinus lift or ridge width bone grafting. The lateral incisor socket on the top right can be utilized to demonstrate extraction and ridge  

preservation or extraction and immediate placement of implants. The upper left central incisor is an edentulous tissue covered area that can be utilized to illustrate flapless implant placement as well as conventional flap reflection and implant techniques.
