IMS Instruments

is pleased to offer quality hand instruments from IMS. IMS orthodontic
instruments are made in the United States from high-grade stainless steel
purchased in the U.S. and laboratory-verified for composition and
authenticity. IMS works directly with orthodontists to ensure that each
design is perfectly suited to its application. IMS instruments are designed
for superior handling and performance, and are built to withstand the rigors
of sterilization procedures.
IMS instruments come with a choice of handle length. Select 3 3/4" or
4 3/8". Handle is measured from the center of the joint to the end of the
handle (in a straight line).
Excelsior™ Instruments: Excelsior™ instruments are hand crafted to the highest quality
standards. Manufacturing processes include excellence in engineering and
production. Instruments are crafted from high quality surgical grade
stainless steel forgings and then heat-treated, and will withstand all
methods of sterilization.
Surgical grade stainless steel handles and stocks will maintain their
aesthetic finish even after repeated sterilization. Instruments are hand
buffed to a smooth mirror finish, making cleanup easy, and impeding
corrosion. The screw joint design provides accurate tip alignment and
facilitates adjustments and repairs. All cutters are fitted with Tungsten
Carbide inserted tips for superior performance and durability.
