All STYLE bands are permanently etched using
an Electro Chemical Etching process for easy permanent identification, and
interiors are micro-etched for roughness to increase bond strength.
Micro-etched molar bands showed a significant reduction in clinical failure
rate over untreated molar bands and an increase in mean survival time.
STYLE anatomical molar bands feature
precision-shaped tooth anatomy for a tight, secure fit with excellent
retention. Our distinct right and left anatomy is completely proportioned
in all planes and for each band size.
Bands are manufactured from stainless steel
that exhibits properties of "hardness" for strength to avoid wall collapse
when fitting, yet is malleable enough for "snap" fitting that requires
little or no burnishing.
Bands are available in 32 upper and lower
sizes graduated in even, closely spaced increments for improved fit. Bands
sold individually or in kits.
