labeling wax packs with your practice information.
Foil Stamped Toothbrush (25) form is used for child size brushes. This
form allows one line of text with a maximum of 25 characters including
punctuation. Information on the toothbrush will be centered and will appear
in all capital letters. Foil color choices include black or gold only, please
specify desired color, if no selection is made, gold will be used.

Foil Stamped Toothbrush (30) form is used for adult size brushes. This
form allows one line of text with a maximum of 30 characters including
punctuation. Information on the toothbrush will be centered and will appear
in all capital letters. Foil color choices include black or gold only, please
specify desired color, if no selection is made, gold will be used.

Pad Printed Toothbrush form is used for both adult and child size
brushes. This form gives you an area of approximately 1 5/8" wide x 3/8"
high, information on the toothbrush will be reduced to fit on the brush. Color
choices include blue, yellow, green, black, red, white and gold. If no
selection is made, gold will be used.

Standard Wax Label for is used for wax labels which include text only.
Labels have a maximum of five lines with 28 characters per line. Keep in
mind, as the number of characters and lines increase, the size of the text
will decrease. Color choices include red, orange, pink, teal, green, blue and
black. Please specify desired color,
if no selection is made, black will be used.
Standard Wax Label
Used for custom printed retainer cases - vibrant and pastel - using
both text and/or graphics. Keep in mind, as the number of characters and
graphics increase, the size of the artwork will decrease. Imprint color
choices include blue, yellow, red, burgundy, green, gold, black and white.
Please specify desired color, if no selection is made, black will be used.
Printing is available on your choice of
front, back or both (front and back) of the retainer case.
