NEXADENTAL has a $50.00 minimum order. A $10.00 fee will be applied to all orders that  

do not meet our minimum order. This fee is figured into the shipping charge, and will be 

displayed as "Shipping Total" in your Order Verification email. 

Each order includes a handling charge of $3.00, shown as part of the total shipping and  

handling charges. This charge is non-refundable. 

For most orders, the following shipping charges will apply. These charges are based on 

orders that are shipped via UPS Ground.   

Packages shipped to a residence are assessed a $2.95 fee by UPS. That fee is in addition to shipping charges shown below. This fee is figured into the shipping charge, and will be displayed as "Shipping Total" in your Order Verification email.    

Your final invoice may be adjusted for additional freight charges for freight sensitive  

products. We will contact you within 24 hours (or on the next business day) to confirm  

the total that will be charged to your credit card.

Quantity discounts may not calculate correctly when an order is tallied. In almost all  

instances, your order total will be reduced when the correct discounts are applied. We  

will contact you within 24 hours (or on the next business day) to confirm the total that  

will be charged to your credit card. 

We accept Visa and MasterCard for payment of online orders. The total reflected on  

screen and in your initial confirmation email may not be the final amount charged to your  

card. Quantity discounts and shipping charges will be verified at NEXADENTAL before  

your order is shipped and we will contact you with the final total if it is different than your order confirmation. 

Any unused and resalable product may be returned for credit provided the company is notified within 30 days of the invoice date. Custom products (including patient kits, welded products, and printed items) may not be returned for credit nor exchange.    

NEXADENTAL can not process international orders online. This includes our Canadian

All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.
